We received an e-ticket from Helidubai with specific time slot for the date we have chosen just a few minutes after the booking. Helidubai is well organized, from the time you arrive outside of the Police academy until you leave the premises. The personnel are friendly, helpful and gave clear instructions. Overall, the helicopter flight over The Palm Jumeirah is a great experience, 17 minutes is short but it's enough to see a bit of Dubai from above.”

The helicopter pilot was very professional, he used very subtle movements to while controlling the helicopters movements. A moderate speed, great view, and the pilot pointing out points of interest make this a great way to view the city, especially if viewing it for the first time. Outstanding value for the money!”

“We had the 30 Minute flight and it was fantastic. We were luck to be the only 2 in the helicopter, so we got a private flight for the price of a group flight. The pilot gave us some explanations abiut the different places we saw. There is a row in the back with 4 seats and in front a seat next to the pilot. The 2 seats in the back next to the windows on the right and ledt side are the best seats. An expensive trip but it‘s worth the money.”
