When you do your first trip a member of staff prints of paper copies of you excursion tickets. On one of our hop on trips a big bus colleague Monsy noticed that we did not have madame tussauds ticket she said she was off the next day and to come back the next day and ask for another colleague to print them she even took our photo. “Obviously the Burg Khalifa is a must-do while in Dubai. I like that this also included a ticket to the aquarium, which is a pretty impressive experience for being inside a mall. Both I and my 18yo son really enjoyed it. And the booking company was great...we were delayed arriving in Dubai and actually missed this booking as it was supposed to be on our first day. I figured we would just have to eat the cost since there's a no cancellation policy, but the company rescheduled and rebooked or tickets with zero hassle. Highly recommend!”

“Excellent experience!!! My guide Magdy was very professional. He guided me through the famous cuites. Never think that I can see diverse fish in one dive, it was like a dream. Magdy even helped take photos and videos with all of them. Highly recommend whoever visits Atlantis should try.”

“Being so close to the live and underwater animals was a great experience. The only thing that I would recommend is to have a more orderly structure as to where to start and finish this tour. Part of this tour is downstairs and part is upstairs so it would be nice to know which way to start the tour.”

“This was a beautiful aquarium filled with so many sea animals and night creatures that i have never seen before. We were pleasantly surprised to find a two floor adventure, and my favorite experience was the penguins. Would highly recommend for the experience.”
